Every One's Welcome was founded in 2004 by the Disability Resource Centre in Victoria, BC, Canada. The website was developed with the support of the Victoria Every One's Welcome Advisory Committee, the City of Victoria, and local foundations.
In early 2005, Victoria became the very first city to be included on the Every One's Welcome website.
